how did you adress/attract your target audience?

QUESTION FIVE:
when thinking about storyboarding our final peice we directly thought about representing as many different on screen ages, genders and races as we could to try and grab the biggest audience possible... although our target audience is 15-24year olds, we are still able to lure in alot more people. in our first few jumpshots we strategically represented both male and female, children, adolescent and adults of white, black and mixed races. Even more strategically, we managed to twist the immediate aura of the characters by the ways that we dressed them, for example our mother was dressed in black boots and a long black coat to break the maternal connection from her and drive it more to the teenager- automatically we placed the teenager in a responsible position by doing this which also leaves her more vunerable.

The thinking behind making the au pair young was to allor our younger viewers to be able to directly relate to her, making the visiotr the psycholigcally thrilling experience a 10/10 for them.. as immediately when the teenager comes on screen- they can directly relate.
